BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Engineering Services Agreements (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 40-2025), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hazen and Sawyer, Banks Engineering, Palmer Engineering, Tetra Tech, Strand Associated, Inc., and Stantec Consulting Services lnc., for storm water management projects, for the Division of Water Quality under an Indefinite Services Contract, with future work awarded and funds Budgeted on a project basis.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
