BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of D & T Electric, Inc., in the amount of $54,830.00, for Lighting Replacement for Fleet Services, for the Department of General Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $54,830.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to D & T Electric, Inc., from account #2606-707201-91012 ($39,830.00) and account #1105-313201-76101 ($15,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and subject to the approval of a pending Budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
