BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Neighborhood Action Match Grant Program Contracts, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Squire Oak Homeowners Association ($8,525.00), Walnut Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. ($9,598.00), Picadome Neighborhood Association ($4,000.00), Kennedy Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. ($9,617.00), Walnut Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. ($6,500.00), Golf Townhomes of Andover Homeowners Association, Inc. ($5,285.00), Resident, Inc. d/b/a the Colony Neighborhood Association ($2,433.00), Copperfield Neighborhood Association ($5,000.00), Fairways at Lakeside Community Association, Inc. ($1,500.00), Georgetown Street Neighborhood Association ($5,000.00), Wyndham Downs Homeowners Association, Inc. ($4,375.00) and Mentelle Neighborhood Association ($3,167.00) for various neighborhood activities and improvements for FY 2015.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $65,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the above listed associations from account #1101- 134201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Contracts.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
