                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, East End Community Development Corporation, The Liberty Area Neighborhood Association, Inc., Northern Cal Ripken, Inc., The Cottages of Liberty Woods Neighborhood Association, Inc., Monticello Neighborhood Association, Inc., Legacy Equine Academy, Inc., The Southland Association, Inc., Bryan Station Baseball Booster Club, Inc., Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Inc., CASA of Lexington, Inc., BMW Academy, Inc., Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning, Senior Center for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to East End Community Development Corporation ($500.00), The Liberty Area Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($1,000.00), Northern Cal Ripken, Inc. ($500.00),  The Cottages Of Liberty Woods Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), Monticello Neighborhood Association, Inc.  ($500.00), Legacy Equine Academy, Inc. ($1,025.00), The Southland Association, Inc. ($2,250.00), Bryan Station Baseball Booster Club, Inc.
