BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Rozzi Inc./ dba Rozzi Famous Fireworks to sell, furnish, and deliver a Fireworks display on July 3, 2021, or the postponement date of July 4, 2021.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $18,000, with the exception of an additional ten percent (10%) in the case of postponement, be and hereby is approved for payment to Rozzi Inc. / dba Rozzi Famous Fireworks from account #1101-707604-7406-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
