BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Environmental Services is authorized to purchase a multi-year subscription to the ClimateOS Platform from ClimateView, a sole source provider, to aid in the creation of a comprehensive climate action plan, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with ClimateView related to the services, at a cost not to exceed $36,100.00 in FY 2025.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $36,100.00 in FY 2025, be and hereby is approved for payment, from accounts # 3170-313201-3094-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Subscription Agreement and subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
