BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Shunar Concrete and Construction, for the Constitution Park Concessions and Restroom Building Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $123,320, from $532,422 to $655,742.
Section 2 – That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $123,320, be and hereby is approved for payment to Shunar Concrete and Construction, from account #1148 – 707602 – 90511, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 – That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
