BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Division of Police is authorized to purchase Computer-Aided Dispatch upgrade from Tyler Technologies, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $52,090.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tyler Technologies, Inc., $50,000.00 from account #1105-505501-96201 and $2,090.00 from account #1142-505501-96209.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
