BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, to perform additional work at Deer Haven Park, including an ADA-accessible sidewalk connection and a fence installation, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $14,500.00, from $659,800.00 to $674,300.00.
