(1) Accepting and approving the following bids and establishing price contracts for the following depts. or divs. as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the respective bids:
(a) Div. of Parks & Recreation - Parks Construction Unit Price Contract - 74-2026 - L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd., dba ATS Construction, Bluegrass Contracting Corporation, Durrty Work Excavation, Eco Gro (A DBA of Advanced Mulching Technologies, Inc.), FPF Concrete Service, Inc., Tennis Technology, Inc., and Woodall Construction Co., Inc.;
(b) Div. of Water Quality - Janitorial Services at Town Branch WWTP - 94-2026 - Environment Control Southwest Ohio, Inc.;
(c) Div. of Water Quality - Laboratory Testing for Water Quality - 90-2026 - Fouser Environmental Service, LLC and Pace Analytical, LLC; and,
(d) Div. of Water Quality - Cleaning Services for Flooding - 72-2026 - Servpro of Lexington and C2G Environmental.
(2) Accepting and approving the following vendors as sole source providers:
(a) Div. of Waste Management - Machinex - Parts, equipment and services for Material Recycling Facility;
(b) Div. of Waste Management - Louisville Industrial Supply - Mechanical belt lacing kits, take up bearings, belts and belt supplies for various pieces of equipment at the Material Recycling Facility; and,
(c) Div. of Waste Management - Benchmark Fabworx - Emergency repairs and fabrication work for the Material Recycling Facility.
(d) Division of Waste Management - Bullitt County Belting & Supply - Conveyor belts,
(e) saddles, lacing and installation.
