BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 16-1(f)(17) of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
(f)(17) Stormwater control device means any detention basin, detention pond, extended detention basin, retention basin, catch basin, or any other structure or equipment designed to control stormwater quantity or improve stormwater quality.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
