BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a deed of easement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kentucky Utilities Company, Granting permanent easements across a portion of the property located at 1900 Leestown Road and 301 Lisle Industrial Ave., and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents necessary to transfer the easement, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
