BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality is authorized to purchase service and field support at West Hickman W\WTP from Siemens Industry, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $ 444,705.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Siemens Industry, Inc., from account # 4002-303403-0001- 91017.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
