BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Division of Waste Management is authorized to purchase Electronic Vehicle Inspection Reporting services from Zonar Systems, LLC., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Zonar Systems, LLC., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $85,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Zonar Systems, LLC., $66,958.20 from account #1115-303501-72303 and $18,041.80 from account #1115-303501-75801.
