WHEREAS, KRS 67A.921 requires the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority (LexPark) to submit its Budget to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for review and approval, which May include any proposed fee or rate increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget for the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority (LexPark), including any proposed fee or rate increases, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, be and hereby is approved for the purposes set forth in KRS 67A.921.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
