BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of Toro Commercial turf equipment and parts and Toro golf course irrigation products for the Division of Parks and Recreation, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
