BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
John Rothrock, Attorney Senior, Grade 530E, $3,924.88 biweekly in the Department of Law, effective April 16, 2024.
Samantha Wittig, Telecommunicator, Grade 517N, $23.824 hourly in the Division of Enhanced 911, effective April 16, 2024.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
