BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau, regarding collaboration related to the creation of an assessment of existing wayfinding signs, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $14,600.00, be and hereby is approved for payment for the assessment, from account # 1139-313101-3101-91614, pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding and any other Agreement with the selected Contractor.
