Summary
Authorization to execute a Concession Agreement with the Pralltown Neighborhood Association for the management and operation of the Pralltown Neighborhood Park Center, located at 190 Prall Street, for a two (2) year term, with an automatic renewal period of two (2) years. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Concession Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Pralltown Neighborhood Association, Inc., for the management and operation of the Pralltown Neighborhood Park Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed $6,000.00 in FY2025, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years, be and hereby is approved for payment to Pralltown Neighborhood Association Inc., from account # 1101 - 707606 - 75101, pursuant to the terms of ...
