BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality is authorized to purchase services and parts for blowers at West Hickman Wastewater Treatment Plant from Southern Sales Company, Inc., a sole source provider; and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Southern Sales Company, Inc. related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $104,925.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Southern Sales Company, Inc. from account # 4002-303403-0001-91017, pursuant to the terms of the procurement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
