BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Concession Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Oakwood Neighborhood Association, for the management and operation of the Oakwood Neighborhood Park Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed $6,000.00 in FY2025, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Oakwood Neighborhood Association, from account # 1101 - 707606 - 75101, pursuant to the terms of ...
