BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Police is authorized to purchase professional services and parts for the police helicopter from Thoroughbred Aviation Maintenance, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Thoroughbred Aviation Maintenance, related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
