BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP 53-2023), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Palmer Engineering, to update the Wolf Run Watershed Management Plan, for the Division of Environmental Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $100,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Palmer Engineering, from account # 3400-313201-3092-92211, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
