BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP 52-2023), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Third Rock Consultants, LLC, for design services related to water quality improvements in the Wolf Run Watershed, for the Division of Environmental Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $128,200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Third Rock Consultants, LLC, from account # 3400-313201-3092-92211, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
