BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Renewal of the Contract with Hazen and Sawyer, P.S.C., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for Sanitary Sewer Remedial Measures Program Management Consulting Services, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $900,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hazen and Sawyer, P.S.C., from account # 4003-303401-3425-71205, pursuant to the terms of the First Renewal of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
