BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Community Based Services, for the participation by authorized staff from the Division of Aging and Disability Services as certified application counselors on the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Self-Service Portal, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
