BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the merger between Summit Biosciences, Inc., Peac Merger Sub Inc., and Kindeva Drug Delivery L.P. be and hereby is approved for the purposes of the Jobs Fund Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Summit Biosciences.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary documents related to this merger authorization.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
