BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Global Software, LLC d/b/a insightsoftware for CAFR production software, for the Division of Accounting.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $22,487.00 in FY 2020, be and hereby is approved for payment from account # 1101-202601-0001-71299 ($15,000.00) and account # 2606-202201-0001-96202 ($7,487.00) (subject to the approval of a pending Budget amendment), pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement, with future fiscal years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
