BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Westmorland Neighborhood Association and Broke Spoke for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Westmorland Neighborhood Association ($7,500.00) from account #1101-121002-1012-91715 and Broke Spoke ($5,000.00) from account #1105-121002-1023-91715 pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
