BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of E-911, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to amend Resolution 324-2018 with Communications Venture Corporation (d/b/a INdigital) to authorize INdigital as a sole source provider of Text-to-911 services for Lexington agencies in its network.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
