BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFQ No. 38-2019), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., to provide services for the Division of Water Quality under the Indefinite Services Contract for Engineering Services for Watershed Design - Cane Run, North Elkhorn, and South Elkhorn, with future work awarded and funds budgeted on a project basis.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
