BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2-460 of the Code of Ordinances, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-460 - Officers.
The commission shall have a chairperson and a vice-chairperson elected by its membership to serve for terms of two (2) years. They shall take office at the first meeting of the commission. The vice-chairperson shall preside in the absence of the chairperson. The commission shall determine its own rules and order of business and shall provide for keeping record of its proceedings.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
