BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Address Hearing Board, established under Section 17-4.2 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances be and hereby is abolished.
Section 2 - That Section 17-3(c) of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 17-3 - Renumbering.

(c) Any property owner requesting a change or modification to a property or site address shall be responsible for the payment of all costs incurred as a result of the change or modification.
