BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Address Hearing Board, established under Section 17-4.2 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances be and hereby is abolished.
Section 2 - That Section 17-3(c) of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 17-3 - Renumbering.

(c) Any property owner requesting a change or modification to a property or site address shall be responsible for the payment of all costs incurred as a result of the change or modification. All such requests shall be submitted in writing to the addressing office of the division of enhanced 911, and shall be reviewable and subject to a determination by the address committee, which determination may be appealed to the board established in Sec. 12-6 of the Lexington-...
