BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 32-2019), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Strand Associates, Inc., for investigation and design services for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Scum Handling and Scum Facility Improvements Project, at a cost estimated not to exceed $215,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $215,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account #4003 - 303401 - 92711, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
