                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to subdivide the real property located at 2401 Richmond Road as shown on the Administrative Action Amendment Non-Building Minor Subdivision Plat, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

                     Section 2 - That the property identified as Lot 6A on the referenced Subdivision Plat is hereby declared to be surplus property and the Mayor is hereby authorized to dispose of the property at fair market value.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
