BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1) to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cincinnati Floor Company, for the Charles Young Center - Gymnasium Floor Replacement, extending the construction schedule by three (3) calendar days and increasing the Contract Price by the sum of $4,941.00 from $70,313.00 to $75,254.00.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $4,941.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Cincinnati Floor Company, from account #3120-707501-91012 pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. One (1).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
