Summary

Authorization to accept a donation of ten (10) motorcycle helmets purchased by the CPAAA.  The CPAAA plans to purchase and donate helmets for the Lexington Police Department Motorcycle Unit Officers for law enforcement use only. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a donation from CPAAA of 10 motorcycle helmets, for use at the Division of Police, at no cost to the Urban County Government.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
