BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Analytic Insight, for the development of two (2) Strategic Plans for the Offices of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention and Affordable Housing, in response to RFP No. 31-2019.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $50,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Analytic Insight from account #1145-155003-78112 ($25,000.00) and account # 1145-160203-78112 ($25,000.00) pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
