BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 323-2019, which authorized the acceptance of deeds for property interests needed for the UK Trunk C, D, and E Sewer Project, a Remedial Measures Project required by the Consent Decree, be and hereby is amended to increase the cost by the sum of $4,000.00, from $8,000.00 to $12,000.00, and to approve payment of an amount, not to exceed $12,000.00, to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811 at time of closing.
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 323-2019 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
