BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with C3 Construction, LLC, for the Riviera Road Culvert Replacement Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $11,992.50, from $270,000.00 to $281,992.50, and extending the date of completion by sixty (60) calendar days, to September 6, 2019.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $11,992.50, be and hereby is approved for payment to C3 Construction, LLC, from account # 4052 - 303204 - 92211, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
