Approval of the Lexington Convention Center Facility Rental Agreement and Hyatt Regency Catering Contract with the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government for the Annual Police Awards Banquet to be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexington Convention Center and Hyatt Regency, for the annual Police awards banquet.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
