BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Jean Nicole Perkins and Megan Woods, for service as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners on an on-call basis for the performance of sexual assault examinations.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $22,210.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Jean Nicole Perkins and Megan Woods, from accounts #3140-505506-71299 and 3140-505506-71217, pursuant to the terms of the Professional Service Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
