BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2-151(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-151. - Members; terms.
(a) The Keep Lexington Beautiful Commission shall consist of fourteen (14) members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by a majority of the Urban County Council as follows:
(1) One (1) member shall be the Executive Director of Bluegrass Greensource.
(2) One (1) member shall be an Urban County Council member.
(3) One (1) member shall be from the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works.
