BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Environmental Enterprises, Inc. to RFP No. 35-2019, Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event, establishing a price contract with an amount not to exceed $77,812.50, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any additional necessary Agreements with the vendor related to the RFP.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $77,812.50, be and hereby is approved for payment to Environmental Enterprises, Inc., from account # 3400-303501-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
