BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Computer Services be and hereby is authorized to renew maintenance and support services through MACRO 4 for mainframe support and maintenance.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $41,729.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to MACRO 4 from account #1101-202505-0001-76102.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
