BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Susan McElligott, Staff Assistant, Grade 508N, $14.918 hourly in the Division of Police, effective September 26, 2019.
Garrett Ogden, Heavy Equipment Technician, Grade 516N, $19.737 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Nicole Rice, Social Worker, Grade 513E, $1,364.40 biweekly in the Division of Adult and Tenant Services, effective September 23, 2019.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
