BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Michelle Nelson, Administrative Specialist, Grade 513N, $18.384 hourly in the Office of Council Clerk, effective September 16, 2019.
Sam Clark, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $22.699 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective September 16, 2019.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
