BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 547-19, be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $600,000.00 be and is approved for payment to Excellance, Inc., from account #1101 505701 73305 ($25,257.00), account #2608 505702 96957 ($27,606.33), account #2608 505702 96957 ($203,275.35), account #2609 505702 96957 ($221,997.30) and account 2610 505702 96957 ($121,864.02).
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 547-19 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
