Summary

Authorization to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Populus to provide data management services as part of the launch of the Shared Mobility Program. The MOU outlines the terms and conditions of a 60 day no cost trial period for a shared mobility data management software that will help to enforce and monitor multiple companies operating in Lexington and provide real time data to inform the transportation planning process. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Populus Technologies, Inc., for a sixty-day trial of data management services related to dockless vehicles, for the Division of Planning, at no cost to the Urban County Government.

                     Section 2 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
