BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Fire and Emergency Services on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase a Mid-Mount Tower Ladder Truck from Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, pursuant to Bid Number 5-2019.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,430,857.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, $209,980.74 from account # 2609-505702-96957 and $1,220,876.26 from account # 2610-505702-96957, pursuant to the terms of Bid Number 5-2019.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
